I have
spent thirty years in the rooms where everything
is on the line.

I have spent thirty years in the rooms where everything is on the line.

What the birth room taught her is that the capacity to hold a room through uncertainty, fear and complexity is the most powerful leadership skill that exists. And that transformation doesn't have to be re-traumatizing. It can be the most alive you have ever felt.

Kate trained as a midwife and has attended over 300 births.

In every context she kept seeing the same thing:

That understanding became the foundation
of everything I do.

From trauma practice, Kate moved into leadership and organizational consulting. Working with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams navigating crisis, transition and the particular exhaustion of people who have been running on willpower instead of signal for too long.

In every context I kept seeing the same thing:

Understanding alone doesn't create change. Integration does.

From birth rooms, Kate moved into trauma practice, working with combat veterans with PTSD, neurological conditions, and histories that conventional medicine had failed entirely. Kate learned that the body holds what the mind cannot process. And that healing requires going to where the pattern actually lives, not just talking about it.

Birth rooms in Guatemala. Combat veterans who had tried everything. CEOs navigating the quiet crisis of knowing they need to pivot or expand but not seeing the team, the structure or the internal clarity to make it happen. Caregivers carrying everyone else's weight. Leaders who are brilliant, capable and exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

In every room, the work has been the same. Help people find their signal. Clear what's in the way. And step fully into the life and leadership they are actually capable of.

What I built

Psychic Intelligence training is an integrated somatic, energetic and cognitive framework that creates change at every level simultaneously. Not just insight. Not just symptom management. Actual transformation that holds because it happens where the patterns actually live.

Kate lives in Bozeman, Montana with her family. She is a mother to a son who has taught her more about unique presence and the power of being fully seen than thirty years of practice ever could. She is a believer in cold air, movement, and the radical act of actually resting when your body asks you to.

Kate brings
all of it into
the room.
